Refund policy

All sales are final and binding on the buyer.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact me via the store’s chat feature so we can find the best solution.
No refunds are available for custom orders and earrings.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee of €15 applies.

The return address will be provided once the return has been approved. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item in its original condition.
